A session from the 2009 Kentucky Writers Conference.

The Kentucky Writers Conference is a project of the Southern Kentucky Book Fest partners with the generous support of Dollar General. Authors who will be participating in the Book Fest on Saturday, April 17th will give attendees at the Writers Conference the benefit of their wisdom on Friday, April 16th. Free workshops on memoir writing, plot, poetry, using social media, and writing for children and teens are some of those that will be presented during this day-long event. Sessions run for 75 minutes each and the day begins at 9:00am and ends at 3:15pm. The Conference is open to anyone who would like to attend including high school students, college students, teachers, and the general public. Program booklets will be available at Barnes & Noble and Warren County Library locations.
